SOLUTION
Upstream to the end-of-line the randomly postioned products are repositioned thanks to the robotic, vision guided repositioning unit. The products are placed on a conveyor, featuring a gate passage, and transported to the end-of-line. The system integrates case print/apply labelers, barcode scanner and rejection system, pallet labeler and pallet shape control. The line is served by MAD’s MAD3000 LGV taking empty stack of pallets to the line and complete pallet to the warehouse.
