Last Dec 1st Francesco Maurizi (CEO) David Volpi (Head of Software Dept.) and Irene Cangi (Software Engineer) have held a lesson about MAD Automation’s LGVs for the Computer and Robotics Engineering Course Students.
After a brief introduction of our Company and of our range of machinery, Irene and David have talked about our LGVs and explained their features such as: their application fields, how they are controlled by means of our Brain 4.0 Software, how to create their tasks and paths.
During the class the students were shown some videos about:
◆ MAD Automation’s LGV fleets currently working in some of our customers’ facilities (belonging both to the food and non-food industries)
◆ How to define the tasks the LGVs shall perform and create the relevant paths
◆ Completely automated battery swapping and battery changing systems
We would like to thank University of Perugia’s Engineering Dept, Professor Paolo Valigi in charge of the “Robot Mobili Intelligenti” Course as well as all the Professors and Graduate Students that participated in this initiative.
