Over the last 16 years we have been partnering with Siemens for our PLC, HMI and axis controller. During Interpack exhibition we presented our case study "Maximum Motion Control performances with fully integrated automation" in reference to the Superfast case pack which we've showcased. The Case Packer is designed with Siemens SIZER integrated into the TIA Selection Tool Perfect drive-train sizing and complete equipment control. The TIA Portal includes all the engineering and the diagnostic functions to maximize the overall performances of our machines. The Stardrive allows an easy configuration of the SINAMICS drives. The WinCC faceplate speeds up our HMI development. The Motion Control functions integrated into the SIMATIC environment are the perfect tool to scale up our machines’ performances. The integrated Kinematics and the packaging toolbox boost our machines’ productivity. The SINAMICS S220 with Smart Line Module enables the system to recover energy from the axes during deceleration
